Travel in the Footsteps of the Monuments Men!
National World War II Museum
This September 14-23, Monuments Men Foundation President Robert M. Edsel and Monuments Man Harry Ettlinger will lead a small group on a one-of-a kind trip designed in conjunction with The National World War II Museum. The ten day trip to Europe will include visits to the key locations in which the Monuments Men worked including some of the most dramatic moments of their wartime duty: discovery of Nazi treasure troves at the Castle of Neucshwanstein, and in the Alt Aussee salt mine, a repository uncovered by the Monuments Men that contained thousands of works of art destined for Hitler’s Führermuseum.
