Barbara Hutchinson Bowie worked as a British civilian at the headquarters of the MFAA Branch of the Office of Military Government for Greater Hesse in Wiesbaden, Germany. Currently, we believe she served as a typist for Monuments Men Capt. Patrick J. Kelleher and Lt. Samuel Ratensky.
